Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board's purpose is to hear and decide appeals from an adverse decision of the Building Inspector or any Town Board, to make determinations in Flood Hazard Districts, to hear and decide petitions for variances, and to issue comprehensive permits under MGL Chapter 40B.

Zoning Review Committee

The Committee shall work with contracted consultants, Town Staff, and other stakeholders to conduct a comprehensive review of Tyngsborough’s Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map and prepare a report of recommended revisions.
